OSAP
Confirmation of Enrollment
We’ve begun Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) for students whose accounts are ready.
If you have submitted an OSAP extension form, please note that these are being processed in the order they were received. Once the extension is processed, your enrolment will be confirmed immediately.
If your COE shows as available but isn’t confirmed yet, it may be due to a mismatch in your information. Feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to check it for you.Course load
Your OSAP application details including course load, program, and year must match your Ontario Tech registration for funding to be released each semester. If they don’t match, your funding may be delayed. Contact us if you need to update your information.
Processing times
Once your enrolment is confirmed, it takes up to 10 business days for the funds to reach the university and/or your bank account.
Tuition balance
Log in to MyOntarioTech and select Account Summary to view any outstanding fees.
Status & updates
Continually monitor the status of your OSAP application and remember to make all necessary updates with the Student Awards and Financial Aid office.
Spring/Summer Full-Time OSAP
If you received full-time OSAP for Fall 2025 and/or Winter 2026 and will continue full-time studies in Spring/Summer, submit an OSAP extension form. This extends your OSAP to June or August, based on your study period end date.
