*THIS IS A NEW 10-YEAR FUEL SUPPLY ANNOUNCEMENT.*
We only contract directly with vendors or refineries that accept our purchasing procedures.We purchase large quantities of EN 590 10 PPM, JET A1, D-6 PURE OIL, LPG, and LNG. If you wish, we can collect the fuels directly from the refinery address using our own vessels. This would be zero risk for you.
Please review our operating procedures below, attach them to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), and repost them.
Never send me vendor procedures for oil or gold. Our company has purchasing policies, and we only do business with vendors who accept our purchasing policies.
We have never purchased products based on vendor policies.
Therefore, please do not allow me to repeat this; I do not read or review vendor procedures. I can only provide you with a draft contract if your vendor accepts our terms. They can complete each section and return all pages with signatures, stamps, official licenses, and passports.
We investigate these documents with all authorities, including the FBI and Interpol. If there are no issues with the seller, we will initiate the purchase process.
FOB PROCEDURE
TRANSACTION PROCEDURES FOB ROTTERDAM, HOUSTON, FUJAIRAH & JURONG PORTS TANK TO TANK (TTT)
1. After the Buyer receives the Seller's Preliminary Offer and the Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) proving the availability of storage space, the Buyer arranges the ICPO.
2. The Seller issues a commercial invoice to the Buyer for the quantity in the storage tank. The Buyer signs the 120-month SPA and CI and returns them to the Seller along with a copy of the NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all buyer groups with commission structures.
3. The Seller, who owns the tank farm, prepares the Immersion Test Authorization Letter and the following PPOP documents for submission to the Buyer for approval: Product Passport, Certified Product Availability, and Supply Guarantee Letter. The seller will provide the buyer with UDTA-DTA-TSR-NOR-ATV-TSA licenses free of charge. The seller may request reimbursement from the buyer later if they wish. This cost can be paid to the seller on the same date as the fuel bill.
4. The Seller sends the complete DTA to the Buyer along with the new SGS Report and Tank Receipt. The Buyer instructs SGS to perform an Immersion Test on the product in the Seller's tank at the Buyer's expense and provides the Buyer with a complete injection report.
5. After the Immersion Test is successful, the Seller injects the fuel into the storage tank leased by the Buyer and provides the Buyer with a complete injection report. The Seller provides a free identification period of at least 10 days.
6. The Buyer pays 100% of the total product price via MT103 TT transfer and pays commissions to all intermediaries involved in the transaction within 24 hours of the Buyer's payment confirmation.
7. The Buyer pays each monthly amount via MT103 transfer after the Immersion Test. The Sales Agreement is valid for 120 months.
This agreement cannot be changed, revised, or canceled, and the terms of the agreement cannot be revised or canceled. In the event that either party fails to fulfill the terms of the agreement or cancels the agreement, the total fuel bill for 120 months will be considered as an agreement for the other party to pay the contract amount.
8. Subsequent deliveries will commence according to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
9. The Seller will pay commissions to all intermediaries within 24 hours of receiving payment from the Buyer, in accordance with IMFPA/NCNDA.
10. Bring the fuel to the tank storage center, prepare a free DTA and TSR for us, and arrange with the logistics company for at least 10 days of free storage. We will inspect and test the storage facility before receiving the products. Payment can be made upon delivery.
You can pay the logistics company for the TSR, DTA, and new SGS and send us your receipts.

Alternatively, we suggest the following:
We are always ready to source fuel from a location you deem safe.
However, the important point here is that we represent our government and can only work with vendors who accept our procurement procedures. If you accept these procedures, we can deliver the fuel to your preferred location.
A 121-month contract is required. We cannot make any purchases without a signed contract.
If you can cooperate with us in this way, we can collect the products from your preferred port.
We can collect the products from Rotterdam or a single port of your choice for a period of 121 months.
**We can provide you with a POF (Proof of Funds) if you wish.**
